Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your furniture purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, this Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items not eligible for returns:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Items that have been assembled, altered, or used
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling
2. Return Process
To start a return:

- Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Products must be shipped back in approved packaging to prevent damage.
Please do not send returns without receiving authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged item
- An error on our part

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide photos/videos of the issue and the packaging
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost
Failure to report damage within the timeframe may affect eligibility.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Shipping fees

Once the order has shipped:

- You may return it following the standard return process
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
8. Furniture Packaging Requirements
Because furniture is heavy and fragile, returns must meet these packaging requirements:
- Use original packaging whenever possible
- If original packaging is unavailable, equivalent heavy-duty packaging is required
- Items damaged due to poor packaging may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount
9. Non-Delivery & Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
You may request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or a refund minus original shipping costs and restocking fees.
