Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for all orders is: 5 – 10 business days
Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Furniture Shipping Information

Because we sell large and heavy furniture such as tables and chairs:

  • Some items may require freight delivery.
  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified.
  • White-glove delivery service (inside delivery + assembly) may be available for an additional fee.

Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time for oversized items.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We are not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to process an insurance claim.

Do not discard packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
