Canceling or Changing Your Order

We understand that plans can change. This page explains how to cancel or modify your order. Please read the information below carefully, as our ability to make changes depends on your order status.
1. Canceling Your Order
a. Before Your Order Ships
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at: [email protected]
- Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipping.
- Once your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
b. After Your Order Has Shipped
Once your order has shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- You may return the item following our Refunds & Returns Policy
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may apply
2. Changing Your Order
You may request changes such as:
- Updating your shipping address
- Changing product color, size, or variant
- Adding or removing items
- Updating contact information

Most changes can be made before your order is processed or shipped.

b. After Your Order Has Shipped
Once an order has shipped:
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed
- Carrier rerouting fees may apply
- Product modifications are not possible
- You may need to wait for delivery and then process a return or exchange
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
For customization items (color, fabric, size, or special orders):
- Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order
- After production begins, the item cannot be canceled or changed
- These items are not eligible for return unless defective
4. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
For pre-order or back-order items:
- You may cancel at any time before the item ships
- Once shipped, the standard return process applies
5. Failed Delivery or Refused Packages
If an order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Unable to be delivered due to incorrect address
- Returned to sender
You may choose to:
- Pay for reshipment
- Receive a refund (minus original shipping fees + any return shipping or carrier charges)
